Uptime
SonicStu targets 99.9% monthly uptime. Generation depends on third-party AI engines — when an upstream provider has an outage we automatically fail over to an alternate engine where possible.
Compliance
We are GDPR and CCPA compliant. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We do not transmit, process or store full payment card data.
Data residency
Primary infrastructure runs in US-East. Generated audio is replicated globally for fast playback. EU customer data can be pinned to EU regions on request — contact trust@sonicstu.com.
